The Scanner page contains an almost-live audio stream of the local public safety radio channels around the Kearney/Buffalo County Nebraska region. Along the sidebar, there is a list of the standard 10-codes used by the Nebraska State Patrol.

Some disclaimers and things to note:

An account is now required in order to listen to the stream. Email confirmation will be required soon as well.
Due to overhead of streaming online, and an additional artificial delay, all audio is at least a minute or more behind the actual transmissions.
All audio on this stream is strictly decoded from the P25 digital signal and can be heard by anyone with a trunking scanner.
Encrypted data/voice IS NOT/CAN NOT/WILL NOT be decrypted. Only UNENCRYPTED voice data is streamed.
